Man Pleads Guilty for Threatening Governor
A man still involved with an involuntary manslaughter case from 2009 now faces charges for making threats towards Gov. Beverly Perdue.
The man involved in the previous violent crime case was arrested again when in a fit of anger he said aloud to workers in an office that if a ".38 slug" ended up in Perdue's head, he was the one who did it. He also made threats to cause violence to any law enforcement officer who was called by the workers at the office to stop him.
The man already face serious charges involving the death of an 85-year-old World War II veteran. Coupled with the misdemeanor charges of making a threat, he has not helped improved his case.
