Police Arrest Driver of Stolen Vehicle
Officers originally thought they had located a stolen truck, but were soon surprised to learn about the criminal history of its driver.
According to the local police department and officers responding to reports, the 48-year-old male suspect was pulled over around 12:30 AM when officers identified his vehicle as stolen. However, the police had already been warned about the identity of the driver who was wanted for felony larceny and felony domestic assault.
Several officers waited as backup in case the situation got out of hand, but luckily the suspect was arrested without incident. He now faces the additional charges of felony fugitive from justice, possession of a stolen vehicle and driving with a suspended license.
