22 Year Old Burglar Accused of Killing Woman

Just before heading out on a crime spree, a young man has now been accused of killing a woman as well.

According to police reports, Robert John Daidone, 22, has been accused of murdering Alison Deborah Jurich, 34. He now faces charges of felony larceny of a vehicle, first degree murder and second degree burglary. If he is convicted of all the charges against him, Daidone could face the death penalty or life without parole, in addition to another 30 months in jail for the felony larceny charge.

In a separate county, Daidone also faces charges of larceny after breaking and entering; attempted breaking and entering a building; and breaking and entering.
