Interstate Robber Pleads Guilty
While most bank robbers stick to just one or two towns, one man was industrious enough to cover several states.
However, his theft streak came to an end after he was sentenced to 12 years behind bars. According to the law enforcement agents, the 31-year-old man from Maryland pleaded guilty to several of the robbery charges that were against him.
As a result, the judge overseeing the case gave the man a 151 month sentence after reaching a plea bargain with the prosecution team. In exchange for a reduced sentence, the man agreed to plead guilty to robberies in Delaware, Georgia, Maryland and North Carolina.
In total, he pleaded guilty to 9 robberies, although it is highly possible that he was involved in other theft crimes as well.
